Oratio is a dream come true by Riccardo Gavelli, Saverio Morozzi and Luiz Oliveira; founded to share a true passion and the millenary culture of wine with Florence and the world.

Oratio is also a library, you can find all the best books about food and wine.

The wines and culinary products are carefully selected from small wineries and producers, to discover the best from all over Italy.

More than half of the wines on the list are by the glass, from Piedmont to Sicily, from the most authentic and genuine wine to fine wines such as Barolo and Brunello.
