Lugana, on the southern shore of the lake, is based on the Turbiana grape. It works through freshness, yet carries more structure than expected.
Bardolino, on the Veronese side, is made from red varieties such as Corvina and favours lightness, fluidity and immediacy.
Alongside these,GardaDOCgathers a broader range of interpretations.
Here, the disciplinare does not create a single identity.
